Family and friend contact details can be stored on each resident's profile by your admin. They cost nothing extra and require no account of their own — just a name and email address.
Those contacts are automatically available as recipients when the resident records a message, and they'll also receive notification emails if a delivery encounters any issues or if a scheduled message hasn't been recorded yet. No coordination required on your end.

How delivery works
On the morning of the delivery date, the recipient receives a quiet, private email. It tells them that someone left something for them — and includes a secure link to open it.
That link opens a private page showing the message: a letter, a video, or an audio recording. The recipient can save or download it to keep forever.
Messages are encrypted and only decrypted at the moment of delivery. Nothing is readable by anyone — including us — before then.
